  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer domestic and international shipping via trusted carriers. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Domestic Orders (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
  • Expedited options available at checkout

International Orders:

  • Shipping times vary by destination
  • Customs processing may cause delays

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.
  • Shipping times vary depending on location and customs clearance.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by international customs processes.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete information.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you for an updated address. Additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us at orders@biomixplus.com within 10 business days of delivery (or estimated delivery).
  • We’ll work with you to investigate the issue and offer a resolution.

7. Backorders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you and either:

  • Ship the available items and send the backordered item separately, or
  • Hold the order until all items are available (based on your preference)
