What is It?
Sulforaphane is a compound formed from plants of the Cruciferous Vegetables  such us the Broccoli vegetable family. Sulforaphane has been extensively researched for its health-promoting benefits.*

The highest source of Sulforaphane is not the broccoli vegetable.
