Refund Policy

Biomix Plus's Satisfaction Guarantee: You can only return items purchased directly from Biomix Plus for any reason within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund for unopened items in the original form of payment. 

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You must package the product carefully. We must receive the return within the 30-day period. Biomix Plus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject a return that does not comply with these conditions.

Send your purchase and receipt, along with a note requesting a refund, to our Returns Department.
